We want you to be completely happy with your order. If there’s a problem, we’re here to help.
 

General Returns

We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 5 days of delivery. Due to the perishable nature of chocolate, we cannot accept returns of opened items unless they are defective or damaged.
 

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care to ensure your chocolates arrive in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

We will arrange return shipping at our expense and send a free replacement.
 

How to Return

Please contact our customer service team at info@chocolates.ie within the 5-day window to arrange your return or replacement.
