Due to COVID-19 deliveries may take longer than usual.
The minimum delivery is one product of any size or price. There is no maximum order.
Delivery will generally be within 3 working days. In some instances we may require up to five working days for the delivery of all goods. Please allow three week lead time for personalised boxes.
If your product does not arrive in a reasonable condition please notify us as soon as possible and we will arrange shipping back to ourselves at our expense. We will also replace all damaged items free of charge.
We do not seek to make any money from our delivery charge; nor do we hide the delivery charge in our prices. We will simply charge you the cost of delivery to you. Delivery is based on weight and on location, nationally and internationally.
Occasionally, despite our best efforts, a product you have ordered may become unavailable. Should this happen we will contact you to suggest a product of equal or better quality at no extra cost to you.
